Purchasing goods from Whetman Plants International Ltd will constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions that are laid out hereof. We aim to supply high quality products with clear and concise guidelines on aftercare. All artwork used to depict your product are for guidance only.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing including delivery and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. We will deliver plants as soon as possible or when they are ready for planting.
Delivery
Delivery dates specified on the website are approximate and can change. We will always strive to contact customers where delivery dates cannot be met and where a delay is due to be more than 14 consecutive days. Most products dispatched by us will be delivered by Royal Mail.
We cannot accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit or once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards including American Express and PayPal.
Purchases can be made online or by telephone. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase if, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorization, a member of our customer care team will contact you for further instruction and information.
We will endeavour to keep all information connected with your order secure but cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from the website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

We are dedicated to enforcing the highest level of security and confidentiality, please see our privacy policy. Credit card details are not held on file or record. This applies to both offline and online transactions.

Plant Breeders Protection
The Buyer shall not in any way effect multiplication or propagation of plant varieties obtained from the Whetman Plants International Ltd which are protected by Plant Breeders’ Rights in accordance with the Plant Variety and Seeds Act 1964 (as amended) or other similar legislation or Directives or by virtue of a perpetual clause in a contract.
